1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HIVE-TV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including viewers, white-label operators, and API partners.

2. Service Description

HIVE-TV is a cross-platform IPTV playback application and platform. The Service provides:

• A media player interface supporting M3U, Xtream Codes, Stalker (Ministra), and TVIP protocols
• Subscription-based feature tiers (Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Pro Lifetime)
• White-label platform capabilities for IPTV operators
• API key cluster for SaaS partners

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Content Disclaimer

HIVE-TV does not provide, host, store, distribute, or control any media content whatsoever. All media content is streamed directly from the user's own IPTV provider to the user's device. HIVE-TV acts solely as a playback interface.

3.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a valid, legitimate IPTV subscription from your provider
• The legality of the content you access through your IPTV provider
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any content streamed using the HIVE-TV player

3.3 No Affiliation

HIVE-TV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any IPTV content provider, broadcaster, or media company. We do not recommend, promote, or endorse any specific IPTV service or content source.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Access, distribute, or facilitate access to copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Circumvent any technological protection measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. Subscription & Pricing

6.1 Plans

• Free: HD playback (up to 1080p), ad-supported, 1 device
• Pro Monthly ($5.99/mo): 4K playback, ad-free, 3 devices, 3 concurrent streams
• Pro Yearly ($59.99/yr): Same as Pro Monthly with annual savings
• Pro Lifetime ($29.99 one-time): 4K playback, limited ads, 3 devices, 2 concurrent streams

6.2 Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Monthly/Yearly subscriptions: 7-day refund window from initial purchase. No refunds after the 7-day period or for renewal charges. Cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
• Lifetime purchase: 14-day refund window from purchase date. Non-refundable after 14 days.
• Non-refundable cases: Violation of Terms, account suspension for abuse, chargebacks already filed.

To request a refund, contact billing@hivetv.online with your account email and transaction ID.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free tier
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

7. White-Label Terms

Operators using the HIVE-TV White-Label Platform must:

• Not price their end-user plans below HIVE-TV's published end-user pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding content distribution in their operating regions
• Include appropriate content disclaimers in their own terms of service
• Not misrepresent the white-label platform as their own proprietary technology
• Maintain appropriate support channels for their end users

8. API Key Terms

API Key Cluster subscribers agree to:

• Use API keys only for their own authorized applications
• Not share, resell, or redistribute API keys without authorization
• Respect rate limits as specified by their tier
• Implement appropriate security measures for API key storage
• Not use the API to facilitate unauthorized access to content

9. Intellectual Property

HIVE-TV, its logo, design, and software are owned by HIVE-TV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIVE-TV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HIVE-TV from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings by contacting legal@hivetv.online.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
